THE YEAR OF THE DOG CONNECTION CHALLENGE
Official Contest Rules and Legal Disclaimer
1. Introduction
The Year of the Dog is a heartwarming PG-13 film about two strays: a loner alcoholic struggling to maintain sobriety and a rescue dog, played by a real-life Husky rescue named Caleb, with an unusual athletic gift.
The film’s themes of the remarkable love of pets, addiction and recovery, and healing through connection are relatable to so many in our schools and communities. Ultimately, it’s an uplifting message about how much we can overcome if we can do it together, as a community, and as a team.
